Owner & General Manager

Karline joined “My Private Secretary” in its second year of operation and later bought the company. Under her leadership, it grew into MPS Executive Suites, providing office management services to entrepreneurs, corporate businesses, and non-profit associations. With 40+ years of experience, Karline is committed to the company’s core values and delivering excellent customer service. She has a hands-on approach and stays current with evolving technology. In her free time, Karline enjoys traveling with her high school sweetheart and spending time with family.

Community Manager

With over 33 years of experience in administrative and project management roles, Trish brings a wealth of expertise to MPS. Her hardworking and helpful attitude, along with her ability to manage a wide range of tasks, has made her an invaluable member of the team. Trish takes great pleasure in assisting new clients and colleagues and finds it rewarding when she can make their lives easier. When she’s not working, Trish enjoys spending time with her family, friends, and her two dogs, relaxing at the campsite.

Assistant Association Manager

Ryan is a determined and dependable team member at MPS who is always eager to take on new challenges. He enjoys getting to know our diverse clients and learning about their unique preferences to better assist them. In the office, Ryan is focused on broadening his knowledge and skills to take on more leading responsibilities and contribute to the company’s growth in a meaningful way. Outside of work, Ryan loves socializing, listening to and playing music, and staying active through weightlifting or hiking.

Association Manager

With over a decade of experience in administration across various industries, Julz brings a diverse skill set to MPS. Her passion for helping people led her to Association Management, where she can make a difference by supporting our association clients. Julz loves working with excel and is committed to giving back to her community through her work. Outside of the office, she enjoys exploring the outdoors with her husband, cooking up a storm in the kitchen, or cuddling with her puppy and her newborn daughter.

Jenny (She/Her)

Senior Administrative Specialist

Jenny is a familiar face at MPS, having previously served as our Front Desk Coordinator before transitioning to a role in backroom administration, which she finds both challenging and rewarding. She enjoys the variety of tasks that come her way throughout the day. When not busy with work, Jenny loves taking in the stunning views from our office and trying out new restaurants with friends. Having worked in Japan in the past, she likes to keep up with the latest Japanese trends as well.

Marketing Lead & Association Administration

Aleena has made a big impact at MPS since joining the team, displaying her creativity, reliability, and innovative approach every day. Her skills have been invaluable to our success and her insights are integral to future-proof the company. Outside of work, Aleena is powerlifting athlete, training four times a week to maintain discipline and achieve her goals. She finds this practice to be the perfect balance for managing work-life stress.

Accounting & Bookkeeping

Deserae has been an integral part of MPS Executive Suites for over 23 years, demonstrating loyalty and thoughtfulness throughout her tenure. She has worked her way up from a senior administrator to a full-cycle bookkeeper, enjoying the daily variety of tasks and opportunities to learn. Outside of work, Deserae cherishes spending time with her husband and two daughters, as well as her passion for travel.

Dianne has been a valuable member of MPS for over 20 years, known for her cheerful and optimistic personality and appreciation for the many clients she has had the pleasure of working with. As a key member of the bookkeeping team, Dianne is reliable, trustworthy, and committed to her work. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with loved ones and exploring the beautiful city of Vancouver.

Front Desk Coordinator

Enrico is also one of the latest additions to MPS, bringing up to six years of relevant experience to the team. Described by his best friend as outgoing, quippy, and philosophical, Enrico enjoys interacting with clients and providing excellent customer service during his workday at MPS. When he is not busy with work, he likes to go to the gym and indulge in anything related to superheroes, anime, and Star Wars, in that order.

Front Desk Coordinator

Aliyah is one of the latest additions to MPS, bringing over 8 years of relevant experience to the team. She is described as positive, compassionate, and assertive by her colleagues. Aliyah’s professional goal is to improve her interpersonal and administrative skills. Having gone through the experience herself, she is passionate about advocating for children who have aged out of foster care. When not at work, Aliyah enjoys taking walks with her dog and partner in the beautiful UBC forest.

Karen joined MPS in early 2023, bringing over 10 years of experience across various industries. Her friendly, thoughtful, and gentle presence has made her a welcome addition to the team. Karen is constantly learning and aspires of becoming an entrepreneur herself. When she’s not at work, she enjoys spending time with her family, hiking, biking, crocheting, salsa dancing (thanks to her Latina roots), and hanging out with friends.
